The production process starts after transporting finest cocoa beans from South and Central America or Africa. The cocoa beans are processed only in Europe. They are cleaned, roasted and separated from the cup.The interior of the cocoa bean is then ground and out of this cocoa mass squeezed out the clear, golden-yellow cocoa butter.
